I originally graduated in Biomedical Science and then went on to do the pre-reg MSc in Physiotherapy at UEA and qualified in 2010. I ‘found’ respiratory physio when I started the B6 resp rotations at Guy’s and St Thomas’ and went on to become a static B7 in ICU over three years ago. I love the challenges ICU presents, the problem solving needed and how it brings together so much of what I learnt on other rotations (not just respiratory ones!). I’m looking forward to promoting the ACPRC and what the respiratory physio role can add in so many different areas. #respisbest
