Agnieszka Lewko

Dr Agnieszka Lewko is an Assistant Professor in Research at Coventry University. She has been a member of the ACPRC Editorial Board since 2019. She has over 20 years of experience, working across various clinical areas of cardio-respiratory physiotherapy, research, and physiotherapy education nationally and internationally. She was awarded a PhD in Healthcare Science from St George’s, University of London in 2013. Her research focused on COPD-related fatigue and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. She has over 10 years’ experience working in Higher Education, including undergraduate and postgraduate education at St. George’s University of London and Coventry University. She conducted and supervised research using a variety of research methodologies and co-authored many peer-reviewed articles. Her current areas of research interest include fatigue management in COPD, personalised approach to Pulmonary Rehabilitation, airway clearance techniques in practice, and respiratory physiotherapy practice and education internationally.  She has also been a Task Force member for the ‘Harmonised Education and Training in Respiratory Medicine for European Specialists’ (HERMES) Respiratory Physiotherapy project in association with European Respiratory Society.
