We accept payment by credit/debit card or invoice.
If your employer is paying on your behalf, you can book online and choose the ‘Pay by invoice’ payment option.
Invoices will only be issued to Finance Departments, not to individuals. We will require a Purchase Order Form to raise invoices and this should be sent within 14 days of the booking. If this is not received, we may have to cancel your booking. Invoices cannot be raised after 22th March 2027.

The ACPRC is committed to making our conference as accessible as possible to all our members. As such, you can apply for funding to support your travel, accommodation or attendance via the ACPRC by completing the submission form using the button below. The deadline for all applications is 29th January 2027!
You must have an active ACPRC membership to be eligible for funding.
In order to support as many members as possible this year there is a cap of up to £100 per member. This £100 can be used to support registration, travel and/or accommodation expenses (not exceeding £100).
Applications will be considered by the committee on a case-by-case basis. You will be notified of the outcome by mid-February 2027. Receipts/proof of purchase will be required for any payments made and will need to be attached in the application form. If receipts are not yet available then please provide a breakdown of costs as an attachment. You will be asked for receipts at a later date.
