I graduated in 2000 from the University of Birmingham where I also was awareded MSc in Advancing Practice in Physiotherapy in 2010. I currently work as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist in Respiratory Medicine at the University Hospital Birmingham where I have the pleasure to lead a team delivering care to patients with long term respiratory conditions. I work within the acute medicine service supporting patients with NIV and also the clinic setting alongside consultants specialising in bronchiectasis and COPD. I currently am an advisory member on the board for the National Asthma and COPD Audit Programme (NACAP) and represent ACPRC on the UK Inhaler Group (UKIG). I have a strong drive to want to improve the lives of respiratory patients and am part of a team of other like-minded individuals working in partnership with commissioners to make this happen in my local area.
Being part of The ACPRC committee is a privilege and a pleasure and a responsibility I undertake with great pride.
