Conference Dinner Friday 25 April 19:00 to 23:00 Open to all participants and cost will include pre dinner drink, 3-course meal, ½ bottle of wine and entertainment by the Circassian Ceilidh Band.

We accept payment by credit/debit card or invoice. If your employer is paying on your behalf, you can book online and choose the ‘Pay by invoice’ payment option.
Invoices will only be issued to Finance Departments, not to individuals. We will require a Purchase Order Form to raise invoices and this should be sent within 14 days of the booking. If this is not received, we may have to cancel your booking. Invoices cannot be raised after Monday 31 March 2025.

You can apply for funding to support your travel/ accommodation via the ACPRC (Please see below Form)
We welcome applications for support in order to attend conference. In order to support as many members as possible this year there is a cap of up to £200 per member. This could include £200 towards accommodation and travel expenses or a combination of conference ticket and travel and accommodation expenses (not exceeding £200).
